The founder

Built for contractors.
By a contractor.

I've been in contracting since 2004, and I've run my own painting company in Nashville since 2009. LeadChuck is the tool I wanted and couldn't buy — so I built it. No investors. No boardroom. Just a contractor who got tired of the way leads get sold.

My story
Bill, LeadChuck founder and Nashville painter

Built by a contractor.
Everything I ever
wanted in one place.

I've run a painting company in Nashville since 2009 — before that, I was in the trades from 2004. My crew is on job sites every single day — and every day they'd see the cracked driveway, the rough roof, the client mentioning they're about to sell. The opportunity was right there in the room. We just had no easy way to do anything with it. Now we do.

“I hate big monthly contracts. I want to quit whenever I want and define what I pay. That's what I built.”

— Bill, founder & working contractor
Why not a corporation

I didn't build a company to sell you to.

The lead-gen giants sell the same cold lead to five contractors and lock you into a contract that “all adds up.” I've been on the paying end of that for years. I never want you sitting where I sat.

The old way

Sold five times over.

  • One cold lead, resold to five of your competitors.
  • Long contracts you can't walk away from.
  • Prices set by them, not you.
  • A call center that's never held a ladder.
The LeadChuck way

Contractor to contractor.

  • You set a weekly lead budget and cancel any week you want.
  • Set the fee you'll pay for leads sent to you. Send one to another trade and you pick who gets it — you get paid their posted fee.
  • ACH payouts only — we never touch cards.
  • A flat 10% platform fee, $15minimum. That's the whole fine print.

The movement

This is bigger than
my paint crew.

Every trade already sits on referrals it gives away for free. LeadChuck turns that into a movement — contractors trading work with contractors, keeping the money in the neighborhood instead of shipping it off to a corporation none of us will ever meet.

Est. Nashville.

I wanted… Done.

I wanted to market my company on companies with larger local email lists than we do.
Done.
I wanted plumbers, HVAC guys, and electricians to send me their client when they're done cutting holes in the drywall.
Done.
I wanted to get paid fairly when I send a lead to a trade that never sends one back.
Done.
I hated 30 minutes editing a template — writing, formatting, links, tracking numbers, photos. Now it's under a minute.
Done.
I wanted clients to refer us without an account, a login, or me scheduling a single gift card. Magic link the moment they confirm — the card lands right in their email.
Done.
