Turn your team
into your best
lead source.
Your team already hears about people who need work done. Give them a reason to send those leads in: every job that arrives this way is a job you didn't buy ads for — extra revenue that drives your average marketing cost down and leaves more budget to grow with. Set a reward for every accepted lead, and LeadChuck bundles each person's earnings into one gift card a month — paperwork and all.
Your team hears about jobs
you never do.
The people who work for you talk to neighbors, family, and past customers every day. When someone mentions a project, that lead usually goes nowhere — because there's no reason for them to send it your way.
A good word-of-mouth lead walks by every week, and there's no simple way to reward the person who could send it in. That's revenue you're replacing with paid ads instead.
Cash bonuses get messy fast — tracking who earned what, and the tax paperwork nobody wants to deal with at year-end.
Without a system, the incentive fizzles. It only works if it's automatic, fair, and dead simple to run.
You set the reward.
Chuck runs the rest.
No spreadsheets, no month-end math, no chasing down tax forms. Set it once and let it run.
Set the reward
Pick a structure that fits your shop: a flat amount for every accepted lead, a percentage of the lead fee, or a monthly top-performer bonus. Start from a preset or set each member's rate yourself.
Your rulesYour team sends in leads
Your team members send leads through their own logins. The moment one of their leads is accepted, LeadChuck tracks the reward automatically — no spreadsheets, no math at your kitchen table.
Tracked automaticallyOne card, once a month
Each member's earnings for the month bundle into a single digital gift card in the brand you choose. On Full Service, LeadChuck collects the month's total from your bank at the start of the next month and sends every card as soon as that payment clears — instantly if your wallet already covers it — and keeps the W-9 and 1099 paperwork straight for you.
Bundled & deliveredReward it however fits your shop.
Start from a ready-made structure or build your own. The reward amount is 100% your call — set it where it motivates the team and still makes sense on every job. Every structure here is included with Full Service.
A set amount — up to $100 — for every lead a member sends in that gets accepted. Simple and easy to explain.
Pay out a share of each accepted lead's fee, so bigger jobs earn bigger rewards automatically.
Turn it into a friendly competition — a ranked bonus for the members who send in the most each month.
Set each person's rate individually, with a monthly reward cap so a big month never blows past your budget.
Free gets them competing. Paid gets them paid.
The free tier turns lead-sending into a game your team plays on the leaderboard. Upgrade the members you want managed, and LeadChuck sends real gift cards on your behalf for performance — paperwork included.

Questions, answered.
Each member sends leads through their own login. When one of their leads is accepted, LeadChuck records the reward based on the structure you chose. Rewards are tied to accepted leads — not just leads sent — so the incentive rewards real, usable work.
That's entirely up to you. You can pay a flat amount per accepted lead (up to $100), a percentage of the lead fee, or a monthly top-performer bonus — and you can set each member's rate individually, with a monthly cap so it stays inside your budget.
As a digital gift card, not cash in a bank account. Each member's earnings for the month are bundled into a single gift card in the brand you pick. We collect the month's total from your bank at the start of the next month and send the cards once that payment clears — right away if your wallet balance already covers them. Bundling monthly keeps it simple and keeps the paperwork clean.
On the Full Service tier, LeadChuck collects a W-9 from an enrolled member and handles the gift-card payouts and year-end 1099 paperwork for you, watching the IRS reporting threshold automatically. At year-end, we file the 1099s you owe and charge $1 per 1099 filed — capped at $20 per year, no matter how many you file. Automated 1099 filing is rolling out; until it's switched on for your account, you get a ready-to-file year-end summary. Prefer to keep it in-house? The free tier just runs the leaderboard and the calculator, and you pay your people yourself.
Two tiers. The free tier is the leaderboard game — your team competes on leads sent, acceptance rate, and streaks, plus a calculator that shows what each member would earn; no money moves. Full Service is $3 a month per enrolled member: LeadChuck sends each member's bundled monthly gift card on your behalf and handles the W-9 and 1099 paperwork — year-end 1099 filing runs $1 per 1099 filed, capped at $20 a year. You choose which members to enroll, so you only pay for the ones you want fully managed.
Anyone you add to your team on LeadChuck — an employee, a partner, a family member who sends you good leads. They get their own login and send leads under your business; you decide how they're rewarded.
