Get leads delivered to your inbox from monthly deal emails sent to homeowners in your service area. No upfront cost — you only pay the standard lead fee when a lead converts.
How It Works
- 1Set your deal — Create an offer: a discount, free estimate, seasonal special, or any promotion that would attract homeowners.
- 2Content scanner reviews it — Your deal is auto-approved as long as it passes the content scanner (no profanity, competitor mentions, misleading claims, or contact info bypass). Flagged deals are held for admin review.
- 3Monthly emails go out — Homeowners in your selected service cities receive a curated email with deals from local contractors. Your deal is matched by city.
- 4Interested homeowners submit their info — They click your deal, fill out a form, and the lead appears in your inbox. LeadChuck is the seller of record for deal leads.
How Deals Are Ranked
When multiple contractors have deals in the same city, the algorithm ranks them by:
- 50%Lead Fee— Higher lead fee = higher ranking (you're investing more in each lead)
- 40%Trust Level — Your platform trust score based on lead history, acceptance rates, and reviews
- 10%Freshness — New deals get a small boost to encourage variety
Pricing
FREE to participate
No monthly fee. No upfront cost. You only pay your standard lead fee when a homeowner submits their info through your deal. The revenue split is 75/25 (75% to you, 25% to LeadChuck) plus the standard 10% platform fee.
Content Guidelines
Deal content is auto-approved by our content scanner. To pass review, your deal must not contain:
- ✕Profanity or inappropriate language
- ✕Competitor mentions or comparisons
- ✕Misleading claims (e.g., “guaranteed lowest price”)
- ✕Direct contact info (phone, email) — leads must go through LeadChuck
Deals flagged by the scanner are held for admin review. Most deals pass automatically.
Getting Started

- 2. Click “Enable”
- 3. Select your service cities
- 4. Create your first deal offer
- 5. Review and publish — deals go live on next monthly send
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my deal after publishing?
Yes. You can update your deal anytime. Changes take effect on the next monthly email send.
What if I get too many leads?
You can pause your deal at any time. Your weekly lead budget also applies to deal leads.
Do I need an advertising subscription?
No. The deals email is a completely separate program from advertising. It's free for all contractors.
