Growth Tools — Grow Your Business
Growth Tools are optional programs you can enable to generate more leads and revenue. Each tool is independent — enable the ones that make sense for your business.
What Are Growth Tools?
Growth Tools live under the “Growth Tools” dropdown in your navigation. Think of them as programs that work alongside your normal lead activity to bring in more business through different channels.
There are three Growth Tools available:
👥 Team Incentives
Reward your employees for outbound referrals. Set flat rate, percentage, or tiered bonuses. Optional 1099 service at $3/mo per employee.
🤝 Referral Program
Past clients refer friends and earn gift cards ($50/$75/$100). Auto-accepted leads, no hold period, no disputes. Pure word-of-mouth growth.
📧 Monthly Deals Email
Get FREE leads from monthly deal emails sent to homeowners in your service area. Set your deal terms, auto-approved with content scanner.
How to Enable a Growth Tool
- 1Go to Growth Tools in your navigation (or visit
/growth) - 2Click Enable on the program card
- 3Complete the setup checklist on the program page (add team members, import clients, or create your first deal)
Pausing a Growth Tool
Each program has a toggle switch at the top of its page. Turning it off pauses the program — your data is preserved. Turn it back on anytime to resume.
Paused programs still show in your navigation with a “Paused” badge so you can easily re-enable them.
What About Scout Leads?
Scout leads are separate from Growth Tools. Independent scouts send leads to contractors on the platform. You can control whether you accept scout leads in your Lead Preferences. Scout leads appear in your normal inbox with a “Scout” badge.
